个人简介

男，76年11月出生，博士、教授、博士生导师，信息与通信工程学科。浙江省“钱江学者”特聘教授，广西优秀专家，广西“省杰青”，IEEE 高级会员，中国电子学会高级会员。曾访学英国大学赫瑞-瓦特大学和南安普顿大学。主持国家项目、省重点研发项目20多项。在国内外发表SCI/EI期刊论文120多篇，获国家发明专利30余项、国际/国内标准提案2项、省部级奖励2次，2个国际期刊编委，5次担任国际会议TPC并作特邀报告。
